I am a HUGE fan of Mexican food, as is Dan, but we have yet to find the best Mexican food in Omaha.  It seems like everywhere we've lived we've been able to say... now that's the best Mexican food in town.  But, we haven't done that in Omaha... yet.  Now, it's got to be the complete package.  High quality chips AND salsa, a variety of authentic and deliciouis mexican favorites along with some chef's specialties, GREAT margaritas (preferably Dos XX's on tap) and great service.

Any suggestions!?  We'd love to eat our way through Omaha trying to find the best Mexican food in town!
