Melissa was GREAT!  She was so gracious and kind, down to earth and very warm!  We really enjoyed our 20 minutes with her.  (And she was wearing THE cutest leopard print shoes). 

Dan was a little star struck at first, growing up watching LHOTP with his mom all the time.  But, she eased us right into the interview.  Her dog Josephine was with her, a cute little Pugish looking dog with a pink collar.  She talked about being a gypsee while traveling so much with the show and also about what it was like to perform in LHOTP with her 14 year old son!  This is the first time they are performing together and she says it's been wonderful.  Plus, since he's found his calling, his grades have gone from a D average to an A average!  Also, she talked about her marriage and her husband, Bruce Boxleitner, and told us how they renewed their wedding vows in January in LA with about 30 people to celebrate their 15 year anniversary.  She said afterward they took everyone to their favorite pancake house in LA.  Doesn't that sound great!?
