This is one of the sunniest, freshest, most flavorful cakes and all it takes is 4 ingredients. A box of yellow cake mix, eggs, oil and a can of pineapple. Mix them together and bake it. (I’m not much of a baker, so if I can make this cake, anybody can!)
This cake reminds me a lot of the cakes my mom used to make that she called “dump cakes.” (Meaning you dump a can of fruit into them. LOL!)

The only thing I did differently from the recipe is that I just used a can of lemon frosting and some lemon zest to top it.
